葉輪的原料為高鉻鑄鐵，產(chǎn)品技能要求比較嚴(yán)厲，不允許有冒口缺陷，熱處理后硬度＞58HRC。 原鑄造工藝計(jì)劃 1）造型設(shè)備選用10t/h接連混砂機(jī)，堿酚醛樹脂砂造型。 2）分型面選在護(hù)板中間部位，容貌分型不分模，做成形底板，廣泛尺寸為1200mm×1200mm。 （3）原料為KmTBCr26，鑄件線收縮率取2%，開放式澆注體系。根據(jù)鑄件大小及形狀，選定了一個由鐵液進(jìn)入直澆道再經(jīng)橫澆道后由側(cè)冒口引入鑄件的澆注體系，側(cè)冒口壓力角≥10°，高 度取300mm。 澆 注 溫 度 控 制 在1370～1390℃，澆注重量約為250kg，澆注后48h后打箱。 鑄件清理去冒口及披縫后進(jìn)行淬火+回火。 開裂原因分析通常鑄件開裂原因首要有鐵液化學(xué)成分超支和鑄造缺陷。
密封形式：ZJ系列渣漿泵可以采用副葉輪加填料組合式密封和機(jī)械密封兩種軸封形式。泵的出口位置可根據(jù)需要按45度間隔，旋轉(zhuǎn)八個不同的角度安裝使用。
