性能參數(shù)的選擇泵型確定后，揚(yáng)程和流量是選擇泵規(guī)格大小和是否串聯(lián)的依據(jù)。輸送高濃度強(qiáng)磨蝕性渣漿，一般不選用泵轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)nmax(性能曲線中多種轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)的轉(zhuǎn)數(shù))，選擇轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)為3/4nmax左右比較合適。當(dāng)選定的泵在3/4 nmax時(shí)，流量合適而揚(yáng)程達(dá)不到，可采用多臺(tái)泵串聯(lián)形式。對(duì)于沃曼泵，不同的漿體，流量范圍也要有所限制；對(duì)于高濃度強(qiáng)磨蝕的渣漿。2流量應(yīng)選泵效率對(duì)應(yīng)流量的40—80%范圍內(nèi)；對(duì)于濃度低磨蝕渣漿，流量應(yīng)選在泵效率對(duì)應(yīng)流量的40%—100%范圍內(nèi)。一般不選擇在效率對(duì)應(yīng)流量的100%—120%范圍內(nèi)。
