一、雙級(jí)靜電凈化設(shè)備

我公司設(shè)計(jì)的雙級(jí)靜電凈化器改變以往單靜電的模式，采用雙級(jí)靜電結(jié)構(gòu)，廢氣經(jīng)過一級(jí)靜電過濾大量的油煙后，再經(jīng)過二級(jí)靜電處理，可以更好的捕集廢氣中的細(xì)微粉塵和油沫。細(xì)微粉塵和較干燥的油沫因比阻高，不易捕集，在經(jīng)過一級(jí)靜電后，停留幾秒鐘的荷電時(shí)間，進(jìn)入二電場后，能很好的被捕集下來，使煙囪排放達(dá)到一個(gè)很好的效果。
two-stage electrostatic purifier designed by our company have changed ever single static model, structure of two stage electrostatic, a large number of lampblack of exhaust gas can be bed after the first electrostatic filter, then through the second electrostatic processing, fine dust in the flue gas and oil spray can be better captured. fine dust and dry oil spray have high specific resistance, not easy to be captured. but after the first electrostatic charged time stay for a few seconds, enter the second electric field, can be set down very good, achieve to make the chimney emissions a good effect.
一、靜電工作過程原理說明
the principle of the electrostatic working process
（1）、冷卻系統(tǒng)
cooling system
由主風(fēng)管收集定型機(jī)高溫廢氣經(jīng)由集風(fēng)箱產(chǎn)生壓力，通過冷凝器前過濾網(wǎng)捕集高溫廢氣中的粉塵、布料塵、布絨等顆粒物，高溫廢氣進(jìn)入冷凝器（同時(shí)配備相應(yīng)流量大小冷卻塔）冷卻降溫后變?yōu)榘胍簯B(tài)油水顆粒物進(jìn)入雙級(jí)靜電系統(tǒng)。

（2）、雙級(jí)靜電系統(tǒng)

降溫后的廢氣，進(jìn)入靜電廢氣凈化器中，廢氣由下向上的從陽極管束內(nèi)均勻流過時(shí)，廢氣中的水氣和油氣分別冷凝成水霧和油霧；同時(shí)在電場作用下，亞微米級(jí)的油霧與水霧顆粒在電場內(nèi)荷電，荷電后油霧與水霧液滴在電場力作用下，向管壁做定向遷移并捕集到管壁上，受重力作用經(jīng)管壁向下流入設(shè)備的底部，經(jīng)油水分流器將廢油分離后回用，在此同時(shí)因高壓電場的作用，各有機(jī)物分子將被電離形成帶電離子，有機(jī)化合物的化合鍵將被擊破或碳化，至此廢氣的難聞?dòng)写碳ば缘臍馕兑矊⑾?。?jīng)凈化和除味后的凈氣，由設(shè)備頂部在排氣管經(jīng)風(fēng)機(jī)進(jìn)入煙囪排入大氣，從而真正實(shí)現(xiàn)的達(dá)標(biāo)排放。

（3）、油水分離系統(tǒng)

將凈化下來的油水通過特制的油水分離機(jī)進(jìn)行油水分離，以免產(chǎn)生二次污染，并同時(shí)有效的回收廢油，達(dá)到環(huán)保要求及提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，降低運(yùn)行成本。

（4）、排放系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)

主風(fēng)機(jī)根據(jù)進(jìn)煙和排放的大小由變頻器來決定排放量并經(jīng)由煙囪排放，真正做到節(jié)能減排的效果。
main fan according to the size of emissions and the oily fume determine the vent capacity by frequency converter and emissions through chimneys, truly achieves the effect of energy conservation and emissions reduction.
（5）、安全防護(hù)系統(tǒng)

在靜電廢氣凈化器上、及其前部管道上，分別設(shè)有相應(yīng)的自動(dòng)和手動(dòng)閥門及能提供電信號(hào)的可設(shè)溫度上限的溫度儀表，當(dāng)管道內(nèi)發(fā)生著火問題時(shí)，廢氣溫度會(huì)升高至設(shè)定上限，系統(tǒng)會(huì)自動(dòng)關(guān)閉靜電廢氣凈化器前氣動(dòng)蝶閥，打開廢氣直排煙道閥門泄壓，并同時(shí)開啟蒸汽管道閥門可分別向廢氣靜電凈化器內(nèi)或煙氣管道內(nèi)噴入蒸汽，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)報(bào)警和快速滅火的功能**的避免火災(zāi)的發(fā)生。

（6）、智能控制系統(tǒng)
inbligent control system
系統(tǒng)可設(shè)定本地、遠(yuǎn)端兩種操作模式，具有柜體面板按鈕和遠(yuǎn)端觸摸屏兩個(gè)操作端，兩種操作模式互為鎖定，可充分防止操作指令沖突引起的運(yùn)行混亂現(xiàn)象，可保證操作安全，可靠。遠(yuǎn)端操作模式下具有手動(dòng)/自動(dòng)模式可選。自動(dòng)模式下，設(shè)備可自行判斷用戶定型機(jī)的開啟情況，根據(jù)定型機(jī)的實(shí)際開啟數(shù)量，智能選擇凈化設(shè)備**運(yùn)行模式，自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)高壓電源、風(fēng)門、消防閥、風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵等運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，全程無需人員操作。
