一、焊接過(guò)程:
1. Welding process:
1. 焊接規(guī)范見(jiàn)《焊接工藝》（YTRS643-91-01A），除以下特殊要求外 ，其他焊接要求均按照《焊接技術(shù)要求》（YTRS643-91-02）執(zhí)行。

2. 保護(hù)金屬表面，嚴(yán)禁隨處引弧，任意用鐵錘敲擊金屬表面。

3. 與不銹鋼焊接的臨時(shí)性構(gòu)件（如馬板、吊耳等），要使用相同的不銹鋼材料，采用相應(yīng)的焊接工藝。

二、 焊后處理:

1. 焊后應(yīng)對(duì)焊縫及近縫區(qū)做酸洗、鈍化處理。

2. 酸洗、鈍化步驟如下:

2.1 將焊縫表面清理干凈。

2.2 再將酸洗、鈍化膏涂抹于焊縫及近縫區(qū)具有氧化皮處，涂膜厚度為1~3mm。

2.3 反應(yīng)一般為1-10分鐘，0℃以下，氧化皮厚處，需適當(dāng)延長(zhǎng)時(shí)（反應(yīng)時(shí)間視膏體品牌及金屬氧化膜厚度而定）。

2.4待反應(yīng)完全后，用抹布或絲刷擦除，清水沖凈即可。
