HAMiLab-AS系列微波灰化爐
主要用途:
進行各種有機物和無機物的灰化、磺化、熔融、烘干、臘燒除、熔合、熱處理以及灼燒殘渣、燒失量等的測試
主要配置與性能
1升溫速度快且易控制:快速由室溫程序升溫至1000-1200℃。
2無須炭化直接灰化:省略了樣品放進馬弗爐前蒸發(fā)水分、燃燒除去有機物的炭化過程。
3灰化時間短:大部分樣品10分鐘之內(nèi)就可灰化完全,而普通馬弗爐卻需要幾個小時甚至幾十個小時。
4瞬間冷卻:灰化完成后只需幾十秒即可冷卻,傳統(tǒng)方法需要一個小時甚至更長時間。
5兼容各種傳統(tǒng)坩堝,可配備石英纖維坩堝,使灰化更快速。
6*、安全:內(nèi)部的安全鎖定機制可在發(fā)生意外情況時自動停止儀器運作。
7配備嵌入式微機控制系統(tǒng),提供手動、自動、恒溫三種操作模式并可自由切換。
8觸摸屏顯示和操作,配備WINDOWS 操作系統(tǒng),可接PC機;可設(shè)置和存儲多條溫控曲線(每條曲線可設(shè)40段工藝參數(shù)),運行記錄自動存儲,兼容打印機;實時溫度曲線圖顯示,實現(xiàn)加熱過程的動態(tài)監(jiān)控。

Main application:

Fast heating and easy
to control, programmed to heating
from room temperature to 1000-1200 ℃ within a few minutes.

charring: omit the process of evaporating water and burning charcoal to remove
