卷材自動(dòng)切段機(jī)是廈門網(wǎng)控科技開發(fā)有限公司精心研制的高科技產(chǎn)品，廣泛運(yùn)用于卷筒狀材料的分段切片，材質(zhì)可是PET、PVC、PS、PP、PE、OPP等塑料膜、無紡布、紙張、銅、鋁箔等軟質(zhì)材料，對(duì)有印刷的材料可配置精密電眼，準(zhǔn)確跟蹤。該設(shè)備采用步進(jìn)電機(jī)，微機(jī)電腦控制，變頻調(diào)速，工效、自動(dòng)化程度高，機(jī)器運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)穩(wěn)定，切片尺寸精度和表面質(zhì)量有保障(表面無云絲)。
Introduce:
Automatic crosscut machine for roll materials is the High-Tech product manufactured by Xiamen Net Control Technology Development Co., Ltd. with meticulous care research, which is widely applied in the crosscut of roll materials such as plastic films (PET、PVC、PS、PP、PE、OPP) and soft materials (non-woven cloth、paper、copper、aluminum foil). It can be equipped with precision electric eye to printing materials for accurate tracking. The machine adopts stepper motor, controlled by computer system and used variable frequency speed regulation, featuring high efficiency, high-automation, stable operation and high perbance of cutting size and surface quality.
