U型管太陽能集熱器
U型管是將一根直銅管在一定部位彎成U型，兩端平行。
U型管走水管路是由兩根橫向平行的走水主管和數(shù)根豎向平行、等間距排列的U型管組成。
U型管集熱器是由U型管走水管路、保濕層、真空管及集熱器框架等組成。包括真空集熱管及U型金屬管和金屬片，所述U型金屬管插裝在真空集熱管中，U型金屬管的上端伸出管口，金屬片裝在真空集熱管內(nèi)并固定在U型金屬管的一根豎管上。由于金屬片裝在U型金屬管一側(cè)的豎管上，即可使該側(cè)豎管內(nèi)的水溫比另一側(cè)豎管內(nèi)的水溫高而自動產(chǎn)生較強的水流動力，具有冷熱水循環(huán)效果好、熱傳導效率高、不炸管和不漏水等優(yōu)點，既適合與水箱在一起組成整體式太陽能熱水器使用，又適合與水箱分離而組成分體式太陽能熱水器使用。
U型管式的太陽集熱器是由全玻璃真空集熱管、U型銅管、鋁翼及支架組成的集熱單元。集熱器與水箱分離通過U型管內(nèi)的傳熱工質(zhì)將太陽輻射能轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)闊崮芙?jīng)換熱器傳遞到水箱?？刹捎么?、并聯(lián)方式組成不同采光面積的集熱系統(tǒng)，與常規(guī)能源配合，可實現(xiàn)熱水系統(tǒng)的全天候運行。真空管內(nèi)無水，遇有真空管破裂，集熱系統(tǒng)照常運行。傳熱工質(zhì)可選用防凍液，特別適于高寒地區(qū)四季使用。集熱器間可并聯(lián)或串聯(lián)安裝，系統(tǒng)工作壓力達6㎏f/㎡。 集熱管放置不受方向限制，系統(tǒng)安裝、維修簡便。加裝控制器件后，可使熱水系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)全自動運行。
U型管太陽能的集熱原理：
本產(chǎn)品是依靠太陽能真空管吸收太陽能，熱能經(jīng)由鋁翅片傳遞給“U”型管，水在循環(huán)泵的作用下，由進水管進入，流經(jīng)“U”型管，進入出水管，從而帶走集熱器的熱量，存入儲熱水箱。
U型管太陽能集熱器具有以下優(yōu)點：
▲真空管內(nèi)不走水、不結(jié)垢，長期使用不影響集熱效率；
▲不受安裝角度限制，可豎放亦可橫放，即陽臺壁掛式；
▲可作承壓非承壓兩用；
▲真空管偶爾破損不影響整機運行；
▲系統(tǒng)采用鋼性連接，無硅膠密封圈帶來的老化，泄露現(xiàn)象；
▲采用循環(huán)泵強制液體傳熱循環(huán)、效率高；
▲可串、并聯(lián)成大型集熱工程。
In each vacuum tube there is a U pipe with direct flow-through that is connected to the header pipe inside manifold. This U pipe is seamed in an aluminum heat transfer fin in the interior of vacuum tube that transmits the heat from the interior tube to the U pipe.
Solar radiation permeates the outer glass tube and is captured on the outside of inner glass tube by highly selective sputter layer. The captured solar radiation is transmitted to flush-contact aluminum shield and then copper pipe filled with heat transfer fluid. The 360°aluminum heat transfer fin assures the fastest energy transfer.
