本機(jī)是專門生產(chǎn)多孔磚而設(shè)計(jì)的雙級(jí)真空擠出機(jī)，雙條設(shè)計(jì)工藝，采用真空擠出、雙級(jí)攪拌，兩臺(tái)電動(dòng)機(jī)通過軸向氣動(dòng)離合器帶動(dòng)分流式減速機(jī)，分別驅(qū)動(dòng)攪拌擠出和成型擠出。適用于以頁巖石、煤矸石、粉煤灰、海、江淤泥、建筑固體為原料高孔率空心磚。減速器獨(dú)立全鋼結(jié)構(gòu)通過調(diào)質(zhì)、淬火、熱處理等工藝，萬向節(jié)連接器，非常有效提高穩(wěn)定性能及使用壽命。
