:信陽YANMAR發(fā)動(dòng)機(jī)分類和發(fā)展:螺桿壓縮機(jī)分為單螺桿式壓縮機(jī)及雙螺桿式壓縮機(jī)。單螺桿式壓縮機(jī)是在7年代由法國辛恩開發(fā)出來,因其的結(jié)構(gòu)更加,迅速的應(yīng)用到國防領(lǐng)域,并被開發(fā)保護(hù)起來,一直都在相對獨(dú)立。雙螺桿式壓縮機(jī)早期由德國人H.Krigar在1878年提出,直到1934年瑞典理工學(xué)院A.Lysholm才奠定了螺桿式壓縮機(jī)SRM,并開始在工業(yè)上應(yīng)用,取得了迅速的發(fā)展。工作循環(huán)可分為吸氣、壓縮和排氣三個(gè)過程。螺母的加工方法很多,可用金屬切削的方法進(jìn)行加工,也可用金屬塑性成形的方法,即擠壓的方法進(jìn)行加工。目前國內(nèi)加工螺母的方法主要采用切削加工,即用絲錐攻制內(nèi)螺紋。在緊固件行業(yè)中,螺母絲錐是加工螺母內(nèi)螺紋的惟一工具,同時(shí)它還能加工其他通孔的內(nèi)螺紋。它基本上是以單支進(jìn)行切削加工,可在螺母自動(dòng)攻螺紋機(jī)上進(jìn)行連續(xù)切削,生產(chǎn)效率高。絲錐在攻螺紋過程中是半封閉式多刃薄切削過程,與車削螺紋相比,切削條件惡劣,切屑排出不暢,冷卻潤滑困難,絲錐與工件及切屑的摩擦大,產(chǎn)生大量切削熱不能及時(shí)散出,因而絲錐更容易磨損和折斷,并容易造成螺紋尺寸超差、表面粗糙度值高、“爛牙”、“折疊”等缺陷,影響產(chǎn)品。
