二、創(chuàng)新技術(shù)特點(diǎn)
1.獨(dú)特的密封裝置采用負(fù)壓技術(shù)加組合密封裝置，在壓力不斷增加而流量逐漸減少的情況下，密封組件不承受壓力，尤其是在后期壓榨期時因泵在大壓力下，其創(chuàng)新密封結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，保證軸封處基本達(dá)到無泄漏。
2.雙級葉輪的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)
該泵采用雙主泵體，雙主葉輪的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，解決了單泵單葉輪泵在入料初期時振動和噪音過大、性能曲線平坦、葉輪流道窄、通過性能差等缺點(diǎn)非常適合壓濾機(jī)入料時應(yīng)阻力的變化來實(shí)現(xiàn)大流量低壓力喂料與小流量、高壓力過濾的要求。
3.雙葉輪泵比單葉輪泵抗耐磨性更好
因雙葉輪泵以較低的葉輪出口線速度獲得更高的泵出口壓力從而克服了單葉輪泵為增加壓力而增加葉輪線速度，而導(dǎo)致葉輪、泵殼磨損加劇的缺點(diǎn)，有效的提高水泵等過流部件的壽命。
