特點(diǎn)

攪拌時(shí)注意膠黏劑的黏稠度，適量添加用量。配制好的環(huán)氧樹脂最好在20-30min內(nèi)用完。用羊毛刷蘸取環(huán)氧樹脂，刷涂葉片表面砂眼、氣孔處，刷涂時(shí)用尖錐輕輕擠出砂眼、氣孔中間的氣泡，盡量涂勻涂實(shí)，同時(shí)用刮板輕輕刮平壓實(shí)。待環(huán)氧樹脂1-2h固化后，再刷涂2～3遍。最后一遍涂刷時(shí)，務(wù)必使葉片表面光滑平順。涂刷結(jié)束后，葉輪放在20-30℃及相對(duì)濕度較低的環(huán)境下，慢慢養(yǎng)護(hù)48h。待環(huán)氧樹脂完全固化后，用銼刀或磨光機(jī)對(duì)葉輪輪廓線以及面層上的凸起進(jìn)行修整。單級(jí)單吸離心泵是一種固化前為膠泥狀的粘接修補(bǔ)劑，固化后的強(qiáng)度高、硬度高、不收縮、不銹蝕，適合對(duì)鋼、鐵等金屬材質(zhì)出現(xiàn)的氣孔、裂紋、砂眼等處填充與修補(bǔ)，具有較強(qiáng)的黏合效果。
工作條件
1 吸入壓力≤1.0MPa,或泵系統(tǒng)最高工作壓力≤1.6MPa，即泵吸入口壓力+泵揚(yáng)程≤1.6MPa，泵靜壓試驗(yàn)壓力為2.5MPa。訂貨時(shí)請(qǐng)注明系統(tǒng)工作壓力，泵系統(tǒng)工作壓力大于1.6MPa時(shí)應(yīng)在訂貨時(shí)另行提出，以便在制造時(shí)泵的過(guò)流部件和聯(lián)接部分采用鑄鋼材料。
2 環(huán)境溫度<40℃，相對(duì)濕度<95% 。
