單雙層果袋機(jī)生產(chǎn)的雙層一體（不可分離）果實(shí)袋，主要用于蘋果、梨和桃等水果套袋。單層袋規(guī)格可調(diào) 帶月牙，自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)。GDJ-P1果袋機(jī)主要結(jié)構(gòu)為：橫切機(jī)構(gòu)、成型、傳動(dòng)、施膠。鐵絲自動(dòng)送進(jìn)、自動(dòng)計(jì)數(shù)、調(diào)整控制、放紙架。其工作原理是：紙張由放紙架進(jìn)入果袋機(jī)主體后，先經(jīng)施膠，由成型輥成型，在排袋之前，鐵絲自動(dòng)送進(jìn)機(jī)構(gòu)將鐵絲壓扁自動(dòng)準(zhǔn)確的把鐵絲送進(jìn)袋角施膠線上，然后疊小邊壓合紙張橫切，排袋。在排袋時(shí)由感應(yīng)計(jì)數(shù)器進(jìn)行計(jì)數(shù)。當(dāng)排袋達(dá)到設(shè)定的數(shù)量時(shí)計(jì)數(shù)裝置發(fā)出鈴聲。商標(biāo)的印刷是在外紙未模切之前經(jīng)印刷機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行印刷。

（2）經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)的人員不得操作機(jī)器，嚴(yán)禁操作人員違章操作。

5、售后服務(wù)

1、雙層果袋機(jī)臺(tái)的易損件（電氣開關(guān)，按鈕，齒輪，鏈條，皮帶）不實(shí)行三包，主機(jī)保修1年，電機(jī)保修半年。在保修期內(nèi)設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障，公司負(fù)責(zé)無償進(jìn)行維修。如因用戶違章操作或因其他意外原因造成機(jī)器損壞，本公司只負(fù)責(zé)給予修理，損壞機(jī)件費(fèi)用由用戶承擔(dān)。

2、保修期過后，仍需公司去人維修調(diào)試的，全部費(fèi)用由用戶承擔(dān)。

3、隨機(jī)配備易損件用完后，公司按成本價(jià)提供給用戶。

4、凡訂購本公司果袋機(jī)的用戶，在提貨前必須選派好接受培訓(xùn)的開機(jī)人員學(xué)習(xí)果袋機(jī)操作和維修。
