PL-單組份自干金屬油墨

本產(chǎn)品是采用高級(jí)進(jìn)口丙烯酸樹脂和高級(jí)顏料經(jīng)過細(xì)制研磨加工組合而成，適用各種金屬噴涂面、金屬噴漆面.金屬表面.金屬烤漆面.陶瓷、石材、電鍍(含水電鍍)、陽極氧化鋁表面、靜電噴漆面及烤漆面等制品的絲印及移印，不需加固化劑，不需烘烤，即可獲得優(yōu)異的附著力。
2、產(chǎn)品特性：平光、附著力佳、流平性佳、硬度強(qiáng)、耐酒精、耐沖壓、抗刮傷、耐化學(xué)品。
3、稀釋劑：建議采用本公司配套專用稀釋劑開油。
4、固化劑：本產(chǎn)品無需加固化劑，切勿加不配套的固化劑，會(huì)影響其效果
5、油墨調(diào)配方法：攪拌時(shí)先加稀釋劑10%左右稀釋到印刷適合粘度。
6、干燥時(shí)間：恒溫表干時(shí)間自然揮發(fā)5-10分鐘，實(shí)干時(shí)間在24小時(shí)以內(nèi)，48小時(shí)后達(dá)最佳性能，烤箱80℃烘烤15分鐘性能更優(yōu)。冬天視地區(qū)而定。
7、使用期限：一年，過期請(qǐng)棄用，加了其他助劑剩余油墨不可回收。
【油墨使用注意事項(xiàng)】
1、試印確認(rèn)符合要求后再批量生產(chǎn)。
2、做好被印物的表面清除油脂及雜質(zhì)工作，以促進(jìn)附著效果。
3、附著力、硬度、耐酸性、耐酒精性、耐化學(xué)品性、抗劃傷性、耐磨性等性能的檢測，需要完全固化后方可檢測。
4、未經(jīng)允許情況下，不得將本系列油墨與其它類型油墨混用及配色。

5、絲網(wǎng)印刷加適量拉絲膏用本公司特慢干稀釋劑更適宜印刷工藝順暢。

【油墨性能檢測結(jié)果】
1、3M膠紙粘在畫有百格的油墨表面45度角迅速拉起不脫油。
2、純度99%的酒精500G力在油墨表面來回擦拭100次無脫色。
【油墨使用安全規(guī)則】
1、油墨，稀釋劑使用及儲(chǔ)存時(shí)嚴(yán)禁煙火
2、使用時(shí)注意施工場所的通風(fēng)狀況良好。
3、盡量避免皮膚直接接觸。
4、本品不慎濺入口、鼻、眼、耳內(nèi)，應(yīng)用大量水清洗或直接求助醫(yī)生。
5、對(duì)本品過敏者，使用前應(yīng)涂覆一層皮膚扶膚膏
