4.1取退水計量安裝和運行情況
本站共建設(shè)自動雨量測報站三處,自動水位測報站四處,有一套完整的水情自動測報系統(tǒng)?!痢凉九c湖南省氣象局合作開發(fā)了××專業(yè)氣象網(wǎng)站,公司各電站根據(jù)氣象部門預(yù)報及時了解分析氣象信息,提高水庫調(diào)度能力。

6污水處理措施落實情況
根據(jù)水文部門的水質(zhì)實測資料,××年現(xiàn)狀全年水質(zhì)為××類,汛期為××類,非汛期××類。電站運行期間,其發(fā)電尾水回歸原河道,退水水質(zhì)和總量保持不變。電站的生活污水主要污染物為有機物和細(xì)菌類等,但因電站工作人員較少,且生活污水經(jīng)化糞池沉淀消毒處理,影響極小。

7試運行期間的取水、退水監(jiān)測結(jié)果
××電站上游來水量、壩上壩下水位的監(jiān)測主要依靠水庫調(diào)度自動化系統(tǒng)的信息來源和水情自動測報系統(tǒng)以及××專業(yè)氣象網(wǎng)站。同時用水部門(運行車間)以水庫調(diào)度運行日(季、年)報表的形式針對電站的上下游水位、庫容、入庫流量、出庫流量、廢泄、以及降雨量、發(fā)電量、耗水率等進(jìn)行每一小時的統(tǒng)計計算和分析。

8總結(jié)
(1)××水電站建設(shè)安裝了水情自動化測報系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了入庫水量和出庫水量的自動化計量,應(yīng)落實最小下泄流量監(jiān)測措施,相關(guān)水量計量監(jiān)測數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)接入湖南省水資源監(jiān)控管理系統(tǒng)。
