【摘要】圓網(wǎng)印花機(jī)是一種使用圓形鎳網(wǎng)在白色坯布上連續(xù)印制各色圖案的專用加工設(shè)備，工作原理類似套色印刷機(jī)。在篩網(wǎng)印花中，圓網(wǎng)印花的生產(chǎn)速度最快。超過20套色的圓網(wǎng)印花機(jī)也已經(jīng)生產(chǎn)出來，這種印花方法正慢慢取代滾筒印花。圓網(wǎng)印花最重要的環(huán)節(jié)是套色，本文介紹用臺(tái)達(dá)中型PLC AH500實(shí)現(xiàn)12軸同步套色印刷，臺(tái)達(dá)AH10PM模塊可以實(shí)現(xiàn)多軸控制，滿足同步控制要求。
【Abstract】Rotary screen printing machine is a special equipment for a round nickel screen printed continuously patterns in white cloth, similar to the principle of chromatic printing machine. In the screen printing, rotary screen printing production speed is best. More than 20 tinted rotary screen printing machine have been produced, this printing bbbbbb is slowly replacing roller printing. Color register is the most important process of rotary screen printing, this paper introduces the realization of the 12 axis synchronous color printing with Delta PLC AH500, Delta AH10PM module can realize multi axis control, to meet the requirements of synchronous control.

1 前言
圓網(wǎng)印花機(jī)通常由進(jìn)布裝置、印花機(jī)頭、烘燥裝置、落布裝置等四部分組成。目前，圓網(wǎng)印花機(jī)分為八色、十二色、十六色、二十四色等。圓網(wǎng)印花機(jī)的圓網(wǎng)周長(zhǎng)主要有640mm和904mm兩種。其中，640mm圓網(wǎng)印花機(jī)居多。圓網(wǎng)印花機(jī)具有操作簡(jiǎn)便、勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度小、產(chǎn)量高等特點(diǎn)，適合各種織物的印花，同時(shí)也適合多品種小批量織物的印花。主要裝置介紹如下：
