特斯拉的生產(chǎn)斗爭是眾所周知的，不少投資者越發(fā)的擔心這方面的問題。過去的兩周里，該公司的股票下跌，主要是因為信用評級被下調(diào)，以及該公司CEO的信息更新不及時。報告顯示，生產(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)不佳，最近還發(fā)生了涉及特斯拉自動駕駛模式的致命事故，以及美國國家運輸安全委員會(National Transportation Safety Board)對該公司“不滿意”的傳言都對該公司不利。特斯拉的處境也是不甚樂觀?？墒牵钚碌纳a(chǎn)數(shù)據(jù)的更新，似乎安撫了投資者們，該公司的股票上漲了3%。

特斯拉的Model 3是該公司的主力軍，基本款、低價還能夠大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)，它的存在將電動汽車推向了中上層階級。所以Model 3的數(shù)據(jù)也是最受關注的，在最新的財報會議上，特斯拉表示，第一季度末，每周幾乎生產(chǎn)了2500輛Model 3。在報告過去的7天里，該公司生產(chǎn)了2020輛汽車。這個數(shù)據(jù)比較過去的承諾要低，但是要比預期的要好。

二、科研用汽車進口清關流程及注意事項

1、貿(mào)易方式：目前國內(nèi)采用zui多的國際貿(mào)易條款有3種：EXW、FOB、CIF。不同貿(mào)易方式，進口商承擔的責任不一樣。EXW貿(mào)易條款進口商需要負責國外上門提貨，國外清關，海運，國內(nèi)清關；FOB貿(mào)易條款進口商需要負責海運及國內(nèi)清關；而CIF貿(mào)易條款進口商只需要負責國內(nèi)清關。

3.確定科研用汽車的監(jiān)管條件。確定了正確的商品編碼后。則需要到機電進出口管理部門料理科研用汽車產(chǎn)品進口許可證。如監(jiān)管條件是 :"A " 則代表進口貨物通關單，就需要辦理進口法定檢驗；則不需要進行認證。否只能申請免于認證或進行認證。
