摘要:“共同生產(chǎn)”在城市社區(qū)公共服務(wù)供給中具有重要意義，不僅能激發(fā)公眾社區(qū)參與，也有助于提升社區(qū)公共服務(wù)品質(zhì)。以c市x區(qū)為典型案例探索城市社區(qū)公共服務(wù)共同生產(chǎn)實踐的形成機制與推進之道，可以發(fā)現(xiàn)：共同生產(chǎn)實踐在國家創(chuàng)制與自我驅(qū)使的動力下，以機制保證實現(xiàn)常規(guī)生產(chǎn)者和消費生產(chǎn)者、國家和社會的共同在場，形成各方主體的合力，這增進了公民參與的持久性并使其因參與而受益。盡管共同生產(chǎn)實踐并不能解決社區(qū)公共服務(wù)供給領(lǐng)域的所有問題，但提煉共同生產(chǎn)的行動邏輯，無疑為打造共建共治共享的社區(qū)治理格局提供了有益的思路。
abstract:co-production is of great significance in the supply of public services in urban communities. in addition to stimulating public community participation, it also helps to improve the quality of community public services. x district of city c is taken as a typical case to explore the bbbbation mechanism and promotion way of the public service co-production practice in urban community. it is found that under the driving force of national creation and self-drive, the practice of co-production ensures the common presence of conventional producers, consumer producers, the state and society and bbbbs the joint force of all subjects, which enhances the durability and benefit of citizen participation. although the practice of co-production cannot solve all the problems in the field of community public service supply, refining the bbbbbb logic of co-production undoubtedly provides a useful idea for building a community governance pattern of co-construction, co-governance and sharing.
