professor m. w. fu, his rebbbbbb endeavors include integrated product and process design and development, bbbbl-bbbbing technologies, processing of advanced materials and micromechanics. he is also sitting in the editorial board of some longstanding sci journals including

professor fu is also serving as an invited reviewer for many sci journals, prestigious project awards, and funding applications. he has about 165 papers published/accepted by sci journals and three monographs arising from his rebbbbbbes. in addition, he has a few conference papers awarded with the outstanding paper awards in some international conferences such as the international conference on micro-manufacturing and a few highly cited papers in the isi web of knowledge.
報告內(nèi)容:長期以來,金屬成形被廣泛應(yīng)用在許多工業(yè)領(lǐng)域,因為它是一種在材料塑性成形中生產(chǎn)凈成形或凈近成形產(chǎn)品的最有效加工工藝之一。然而,隨著環(huán)境污染、能源短缺以及原材料和人工成本增加等問題的突出,傳統(tǒng)的金屬成形工藝設(shè)計及其產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)已經(jīng)不能滿足當今提高產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量、降低量產(chǎn)成本和縮短入市時間的迫切競爭需求了。其主要原因在于傳統(tǒng)的金屬成形工藝設(shè)計及其產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)更多地取決于往常經(jīng)驗和反復(fù)試錯,而不是深入且全面的科學計算、分析及模擬。隨著數(shù)值模擬技術(shù)的發(fā)展,基于有限元模擬的金屬成形工藝及其產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計和開發(fā)可以輔助金屬成形零件的設(shè)計、工藝路徑規(guī)劃、工藝參數(shù)配置以及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制和保證,從而實現(xiàn)無缺陷金屬成形產(chǎn)品的大規(guī)模生產(chǎn)。同時,這種產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和發(fā)展范式的目的就在于確保首次設(shè)計準確,進而減少反復(fù)試錯。本次報告將詳細介紹如何通過有限元的方法去輔助進行金屬成形工藝及其產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計和開發(fā),并基于相關(guān)應(yīng)用實例及其發(fā)現(xiàn),對金屬成形零件的設(shè)計、加工工藝的確定、模具的設(shè)計及其使用壽命的分析和延長、以及產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量的控制和保證進行全面介紹和深入探討。該報告將有助于制造工程師、研究者以及相關(guān)專業(yè)人士進行基于有限元模擬的金屬成形零件設(shè)計、工藝路徑規(guī)劃、工藝參數(shù)配置、模具設(shè)計以及產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量控制和提高。
