摘要:針對(duì)目前國內(nèi)高校計(jì)算機(jī)輔助制造教學(xué)仍以商業(yè)軟件應(yīng)用技能培訓(xùn)為主的問題,提出了基于python+3d printing+cam路徑規(guī)劃的計(jì)算機(jī)輔助制造實(shí)驗(yàn)教學(xué)方案。以易學(xué)易用的python語言為編程開發(fā)語言,以操作簡(jiǎn)單安全的3d打印為數(shù)控加工應(yīng)用對(duì)象,指導(dǎo)學(xué)生自主開發(fā)一套小型實(shí)用的3d打印cam系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)3d打印路徑規(guī)劃的各環(huán)節(jié)算法,包括模型切片、輪廓拼接、填充路徑生成、支撐生成與優(yōu)化、端面封閉、nc代碼生成等,最后在3d打印機(jī)上對(duì)開發(fā)的cam系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試、完善。該方案具有一定的通識(shí)性,適用于理工科各專業(yè)。
abstract:aiming at the problem that the teaching of computer-aided manufacturing (cam) in domestic colleges and universities still focuses on the training of commercial software application skills, this paper puts forward a rebbbb scheme of practical teaching of cam based on python+3d printing+cam path planning. taking the easy-to-learn and easy-to-use python language as the programming language, and the simple and safe 3d printing as the application bbbbbb of numerical control (nc) machining, this paper guides students to independently develop a set of small and practical 3d printing cam package, realizing 3d printing path planning algorithms including model slicing, profile splicing, filling path generation, support generation and optimization, end face sealing, nc code generation, etc. finally, the cam system is tested and refined on the 3d printer. the teaching rebbbb program has a certain degree of generality, which is suitable for all majors of science and engineering.
